Operation
Both doors are unlocked when stopped. When one door is opened, the other is locked by an electromagnet.
The air is blown through nozzles located on the ceiling and the sides. The air intake is located in the lower part of the control box side.
Entering the cleanroom: the person opens the entrance door, which locks the exit door. A photoelectric sensor detects his entry. The ventilation is switched on . At the end of the ventilation the exit door is unlocked, and the person leaves (the photoelectric sensor detects his exit).
Exiting the cleanroom: the person opens the exit door, which locks the entrance door. His entry into the shower is detected by a photoelectric cell. Once the exit door is closed, the entrance door is unlocked, and the person can leave. His or her exit is detected.
It is possible to set the operating process parameters (access is restricted by password) using a Human Machine Interface (HMI)
